Service Termination
Customer can cancel the service with written notice via email or other form with 7 days prior notice.
Instacall LLC retains the right to terminate customer service under the following circumstances:.
- Customer is in severe violation of AUP (Acceptable Usage Policy) of Instacall service.
- Customer failure to pay any subscription fee or service after invoice within allocated time frame.
- Customer account is dormant for more than SIX months.
Dispute and Refund Policy
- In the event of termination of service, any remaining balance will be refunded to the customer, adjusted for any dues.
- In case of termination due to a violation AUP (Acceptable Usage Policy), INSTACALL LLC will not refund any balance under the customer account.
- In case of any dispute, the customer may explicitly raise dispute through email or other means. INSTACALL LLC will investigate and provide its resolution within 15 days of receiving the complaint.
Arbitration and Final Decision
If the customer is dissatisfied with INSTACALL LLC’s resolution, they may initiate binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Both parties agree to abide by the AAA’s rules and procedures. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and conclusive.
