Privacy Policy

Instacall LLC and its affiliates (“Instacall”) are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information we may collect. This Privacy Policy is designed to assist businesses, consumers and the general public in understanding how we collect personal information about you (“Personal Information”) through our websites and how that information may be used, maintained and, in some cases, shared. By visiting our websites or otherwise providing Instacall with Personal Information by any means, you accept and consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

There are a variety of ways that we collect information about you:

Through one of our websites

When visiting an Instacall website, we may collect some information directly from you when you provide it to us, and we may collect other information gathered on a collective basis as you browse the website.

Instacall collects several types of information from and about users of our websites, including:

  • Personal Identifiers: such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline; and

  • Anonymous / Technical Information: such as usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies.

We collect this information:

  • Directly from you when you provide it;

  • Automatically as you navigate through the site (e.g., via cookies and log files); and

  • From third parties such as business partners or service providers.

When you communicate with us (for example via email, chat, or support tickets), we may monitor or record the interaction to help us serve you better, for training and quality assurance, and for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

Through chats and blogs

Some of our websites may offer publicly accessible blogs or community forums. Any information you provide in these public areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. If you wish to request removal of your Personal Information from a blog or forum, contact us at privacy@instacall.digital. In some cases, removal may not be possible (for example, because the content has been shared or archived by third parties); if so, we will explain why we cannot comply.

We provide live chat on some pages to assist with product or service questions. If live chat is offline, we may collect your name and email address so we can reply when available.

Through contact, billing and other information you provide

When you purchase or register for services, you provide billing and contact information (name, address, email, phone numbers) which we use to manage accounts and deliver service.

How you use our services

Depending on the services you contract with Instacall, the information we may process on your behalf can include:

  • Call records containing phone numbers for calls made and received;

  • Duration of calls;

  • Data utilization, including IP addresses and types of traffic (ports and protocols);

  • Health and monitoring data of devices we manage at your locations.

Through the use of cookies

Instacall uses cookies to enable functionality such as remembering preferences, maintaining sessions, and to help us analyze site usage and tailor content and advertising to your interests. You can disable cookies in your browser, but doing so may prevent use of certain site features. For more information on our cookie practices, please see our cookie policy at www.instacall.digital/cookie-policy.

Through identity / verification providers

If required, we may use third parties (for example, Stripe, Inc.) for identity verification. Such providers may collect identity document images, facial images, ID numbers, addresses, advanced fraud signals, and device information. These providers may share this information with us where necessary to provide or improve verification services and to detect fraud. For more information on Stripe’s practices, see Stripe’s privacy policy at: https://stripe.com/privacy.

2. How Long We Keep Your Information

Retention periods depend on the type of information and the purposes for which we collect it. Unless a specific legal requirement requires longer retention, we retain Personal Information only as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy (including for account maintenance, billing, fraud prevention, compliance, and any applicable legal obligations).

3. Linked Internet Websites

Our websites may contain links to third-party sites over which we have no control. Instacall is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any sites you visit.

5. Does Instacall Share My Information?

Instacall will never sell your Personal Information. We share Personal Information only as described below or with your consent.

Within Instacall

We share information internally among Instacall entities and employees as reasonably necessary to provide Services, to market related offerings, and to operate our business. You may limit certain types of marketing uses where applicable (for example CPNI or credit-related marketing) by following the opt-out choices described in your account settings or by contacting privacy@instacall.digital.

With vendors and partners

We share information with third-party vendors and partners who perform services on our behalf (for example billing, provisioning, maintenance, analytics, advertising, and fraud detection). These parties are contractually bound to protect Personal Information and to use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it.

When a service you purchase is provided by Instacall together with an underlying third-party provider, both parties may receive your information. In those cases, review the underlying provider’s privacy policy for additional details.

Directory listings and telephony services

Your name and number may be transmitted and displayed via Caller ID unless you have elected to block such information. Caller ID blocking does not prevent display of your number when dialing certain numbers, such as 911, 900, or toll-free codes.

Law enforcement and legal disclosures

We will disclose Personal Information to comply with the law (for example to comply with court orders, subpoenas, warrants, mandatory audits, or other legal processes), to respond to law enforcement requests, to cooperate with legal and regulatory inquiries (including E911 reporting), and to protect the safety, property, or legal rights of Instacall, our users, or the public. We may also disclose information to report child exploitation to appropriate authorities.

Credit and collection agencies

We may share information with credit bureaus, collection agencies and similar entities for credit reporting, debt collection, or fraud prevention.

Sale of business or assets

In the event of a sale, merger, acquisition, insolvency, liquidation, or transfer of substantially all Instacall assets, your Personal Information may be transferred to the acquiring party. We will require the acquiring party to honor the terms of this Privacy Policy. You will be notified and, where applicable, afforded an opportunity to opt out of uses inconsistent with this Policy.

6. Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)

CPNI is information relating to the type, quantity, destination, technical configuration, location, amount of use, and billing information of your telecommunications or interconnected VoIP services. Federal rules govern use and disclosure of CPNI. For details on how we handle CPNI and how you can control certain uses, see our CPNI policy at www.instacall.digital/cpni-policy (or contact privacy@instacall.digital).

7. Security

Instacall maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We use reasonable industry standard measures such as access controls, encryption in transit, and security monitoring. However, no security measure is perfect; we cannot guarantee absolute security of data.

We recommend you maintain your own backups of important data. Instacall is not responsible for unauthorized third-party actions or for intercepted data during transmission.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services and websites are not intended for and are not directed to children under 16 years old. Instacall does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided Personal Information to Instacall, please contact privacy@instacall.digital and we will take commercially reasonable steps to delete such information.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the revised Policy on www.instacall.digital and indicate the date of the last revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. We encourage you to check this page periodically.
